A calm, conversion-focused wellness experience

Ivactive is a boutique wellness and treatment brand that needed a digital presence as considered and calming as their in-clinic experience. The existing site read as a brochure — dense, static and hard to update — and buried the one action patients actually wanted to take: booking a session.

We rebuilt Ivactive from the ground up on WordPress with a modular, block-based content model, and re-centred the entire experience around a single, frictionless booking journey.

Ivactive offers a growing menu of treatments, each with its own duration, pricing, contraindications and preparation notes. The old site required a developer to change any of it. Marketing wanted to run seasonal campaigns; the team could not ship a landing page without engineering time.

SEO was another quiet drag. Service pages competed with each other for the same keywords, structured data was missing, and Core Web Vitals were in the red on mobile — where 78% of traffic arrived.

We designed a token-driven visual system rooted in the brand's palette, then translated it into a library of Elementor blocks the internal team could safely compose. ACF powered structured service pages so that treatment metadata (duration, price, prep, aftercare) lived in one place and rendered everywhere.

WooCommerce handled bookings, deposits and gift cards; a lightweight scheduling layer sat on top so appointments never double-booked a room or a practitioner.

Post-launch, online bookings grew steadily month-over-month, organic impressions climbed as service pages consolidated authority, and the Ivactive team now ships new treatments and campaigns without waiting on a developer.
